The OMRON Focus TENS Therapy for Knee is a wearable, wireless TENS device that delivers proven and effective TENS technology to alleviate chronic, acute and arthritic pain to the lower extremities of the knee. Because this device is designed as a wearable and wireless TENS unit, it allows for TENS treatment of the knee while performing normal daily activities. This easy-to-use, portable TENS device has one preset mode with 20 intensity levels to customize your drug-free pain treatment. (Replacing the band every six months is recommended.)

• Focus Knee Replacement Pad: Exclusively for use with the OMRON Focus TENS Therapy for Knee Pain unit (PM710-M, PM710-L), this soft, comfortable pad (PMKNPAD) gently adheres to the skin to provide focused pain relief and is reusable up to 30 times.

• Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

• Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. • Mediplies Corp offers a 30 day return policy from date of shipment for this product, subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to the return shipping charges. The product must be in brand new condition and in its original packaging. We take the responsibility to make sure this product arrives in brand new working condition. Should your item arrive damaged, we will replace the product at no cost to you.

• Non-Returnable Item - This item is non-returnable. An exception may be made if the product is confirmed defective by the manufacturer and the manufacturer agrees to take them back

• Refund Policy We have a 30-days return policy, (Product)s must be returned within 30 days of invoice, must be unopened, and in salable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returned products must be sellable products, unopened, in original case packaging. Products are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, under normal use and service, for the length of the warranty period.

• Exchanges The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

• Refunds We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
